What We do
Ruma Isolator Company One of the leading manufacturer & suppliers of H.T & L.T electrical overhead line materials, viz Air- Break Switch, isolator, Drop out fuse, Horn gap fuse and line hardware materials viz GI pins, Hardware fittings, Stay sets, jointing sleeves, Mid-span joints, Earthing items, Danger boards, dead end clamp, suspension clamp, I-Hook, Clamps & Connectors upto 132KV. We are supplying our products to almost all the state boards, power utilities (DVD, NHPC, NTPC, etc), windmill projects, various projects through turnkey contactors in india and also exports to overseas countries.

Our all products are type tasted from NABL accredited laboratories as per relevant stander/customers requirement. We have separate drawing section, expert personal are making drawings using latest version of auto cad. Our expert diligent personal are maintaining a strict vigil in various stage of production as per our quality policy, viz from the procurement stage of raw materials upto the delivery of materials to the store including after sales services (if needed) to ensure the products quality as per customers specification, relevant standard & customer delivery schedule.

Research and Development
RIC considers R&D as a key factor for our growth. We have invested a significant amount of Time, Man power & Money towards R&D department. We continually re-invent the wheel and work towards launching new products while undertaking various testing, as per respective Standards, on our existing as well as new products. We have a Design & Development Dept. also which is responsible for creating and innovating new designs, reviewing existing designs & performing design validations. All Designs are made in 2D models at various stages.
Inspection and Testing
We maintain promptly and minutely of our all products with Quality Assurance and Inspection Plan as well as Raw Material bought out from other sources, all are inspected and tested with our high quality equipped with State of the art of all necessary In-house Testing Lab facilities having all measuring & monitoring equipments up-to-date calibrated from NABL accredited labs to ensure the quality and zero defects products. All the production stage and service procedures pass through a series of vigorous quality check which start right from the procurement of raw materials and ends with the delivery of final products and services.

We regularize Type Tests on our various products in third party Test Labs (NABL Accredited) as per relevant standard/customer’s requirement.
